3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, discounts, shipping costs, and product availability at any time without notice. Price changes do not apply retroactively to completed orders unless required by law.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather, customs, holidays, incorrect addresses, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered to the wrong location because of incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Risk of loss and title for purchased items generally pass to you when the order is delivered to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by law.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier and then contact us at henhoup2@gmail.com. We will do our best to help, but we are not responsible for theft, misdelivery, or carrier-confirmed deliveries outside our control.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our return, exchange, and refund policies may be provided separately on our website and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Unless otherwise stated on our website, the following general rules apply:

  • Items must be returned in unused, unworn, unwashed, and original condition.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

For limited drops, inventory may sell out quickly and availability is not guaranteed. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it unless the order is completed and accepted.

For preorders, estimated shipping dates are approximate and may change due to production, supplier, or fulfillment delays. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that the product may not ship immediately.

Promotional offers, discount codes, bundles, and limited-time campaigns may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined, applied retroactively, transferred, redeemed for cash, or used after expiration.
